Virtual Web Banquet Serves up Hope
Last year, we put a new twist to our annual Celebrate Hope kick-off banquet. Instead of inviting donors to join us for a dinner banquet, where a portion of their gifts would be used to cover the costs of the event, we invited them to participate in our Celebrate Hope: Giving Hands–Give Hope "virtual" web banquet, ensuring 100 percent of their support went directly to the Mission’s general fund.
Compassionate friends were invited to purchase tickets and then log on to our Web site to read inspiring testimonies and ministry updates. The results were amazing!
