A New Saint in Heaven
We witness some amazing miracles in the lives of the homeless here, and Felton Booker is one of those. Felton, a retired Army sergeant who battled alcoholism, came to the Men’s Center in the ‘70s. God healed Felton and he joined our staff. “Felton’s military background, combined with his addiction history, made him a really good leader,” remembers Julie Larocco, daughter of the late Mission Executive Director Maurice Vanderberg. Felton recently passed into glory, and though he is missed, we rejoice that he is now with his Savior.
