Men's Center: Shelter Manager, On Call

Monitor the facilities and the men, insuring that the property is safe and secure, insuring that the men are cared for adequately, and that the policies and procedures of City Union Mission are consistently applied. Handle emergencies that arise. Provide spiritual leadership for clients.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a minister, but will consider others.
• Requires ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Must have a compassionate heart and desire to advance ministry to those currently homeless and the urban poor of Kansas City.
• Must have a strong Biblical foundation and experience in some form of supervision, drug and alcohol counseling, and Biblical counseling.

Hours: As needed, any evening or night
